Every athlete is different, so our approach to sport psychology is tailored to the individual rather than based on a single method. We use a variety of evidence-based strategies and techniques to support athletes in a way that reflects their experiences, personality, and goals both in and outside of sport. Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are geared towards supporting anybody (i.e., all ages, all levels and all sports) who is looking for personalised, 1-2-1 psychological support. Whether you are experiencing a performance-related issue, dealing with an injury, or just looking to improve your well-being, these sessions focus on conducting a thorough needs assessment, creating a psychological profile and identifying and implementing specific, evidence-informed psychological strategies that suit your needs and lifestyle.
